The breakfast options were tasty each morning, and I loved how the hotel allowed us to order off the bar menu at dinner. Our room had a fantastic view, truly breathtaking! I'd definitely return.

My children wanted a better pool experience with more activities for kids, as the main pool felt crowded with adults enjoying drinks.

Recommend it for families with children
The view from our room was absolutely stunning, couldn’t get enough of it. We also loved the rooftop pool area. it was a bit crowded but the atmosphere was lively and relaxing.
Not the cheapest place around, but still acceptable.

The beachfront location provides stunning views that make every sunrise worth it. The spacious luxury room offers a nice balcony for lounging while taking in the sea air.
First off, this place needs a serious overhaul. The elevators were down for hours on more than one occasion, and they weren't honest about it. The mattresses? Old and lumpy, not what you want after a long day. My toilet had flush issues, which was a hassle. Noise from the street is another problem. even with the window closed, I could hear the music blaring from nearby cafés. Check-in and check-out felt painfully slow. I expected better for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, it fell short of expectations for a luxury stay.

I loved waking up to those stunning views and the rooftop pool was amazing for relaxing after a long day. The beach access is a real bonus, and getting pampered with massages was the cherry on top. Just wish the room had better coffee-making options, but that didn't dampen my fun! 😊

Awesome location with great vibes
We had a lovely 2-night stay at a nice spot near Copacabana. The view from our huge windows was stunning, made us not even wanna hit the beach. The breakfast was really solid too! On the flip side, the elevators were super slow, took forever to get anywhere. So maybe prep for that.

Stunning Views and Warm Hospitality!
I had a wonderful stay, enjoying my Luxury Side Sea View Room with breathtaking ocean vistas. The staff were genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome and cared for. Don’t miss the onsite restaurant. the breakfast spread was delightful. Be prepared for an older atmosphere, but overall, a lovely experience.

The location is outstanding, just steps from the beach, providing soothing sounds of the waves throughout the night. Staff are welcoming and go above and beyond, making the stay truly special. However, reception check-in took an unusually long time, and the room service food did not meet the same quality as the rooftop bar. The balcony views were beautiful, but the safety of the structure was a concern.

The Rio Othon Palace is in an unbeatable location right across from Copacabana beach, offering stunning views. Our junior suite was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The breakfast on the 30th floor was fantastic, featuring a rich spread and the special touch of champagne. The staff, especially Pernambuco from housekeeping, was incredibly friendly and attentive.
